Please allow us to provide you with detailed information about an important Prague trade fair event, the 11th International Fair of Living, Furniture, Real Property, Renovations and Refurbishment "FOR HABITAT", which will open its gates to visitors to the Prague Exhibition Centre in Letňany on March 11-13, 2004.

The International Fair of Living and Real Property "FOR HABITAT" was established in 1994, and it has gradually developed into a very prestigious presentation of living in the Czech Republic. Every year it is attended by more than 300 firms not only from the Czech Republic but also from neighbouring countries and it is visited by more than 20,000 persons.

The interest of especially Prague clientele in offers of foreign firms is very high, indeed, mainly as far as the equipment of houses and apartments is concerned, especially the equipment of interiors with furniture, carpets, textile materials, illumination, various accessories, etc. That is why we will be pleased to welcome other foreign offers of exhibitors, not only for the visiting clientele but also for possible establishment of business contacts with Czech and Slovak firms.

In the following year we would be glad to provide the visitors not only with furniture presentations in a sufficient quantity, but also with integral offers for refurbishment and renovations of panel buildings and apartments, associated in a complete exposition under the name "My home is a panel building". Even in this area it is desirable to draw inspiration from foreign experience and to make use of a wide range of foreign firms.

The 11th year will be organised simultaneously with the Fairs known as ECO CITY, PRAGA FLOREA and SWIMMING POOL, which are the Fairs with quite a similar nomenclature and more or less the same clientele. Every Fair will be presented separately in its hall and will have its own accompanying programme, but on the other hand it will be possible to achieve the full use of the Exhibition Centre and the high rate of attendance of individual Fairs.

The above mentioned facts are surely a confirmation of success achieved by all of the above mentioned Fairs. ABF, a. s. continues to intensify its co-operation with the authorities and institutes which take part in the process of creation and implementation of the living development policy in the Czech Republic - especially with the Ministry for Regional Development and the State Fund for Living Development on the one hand and with the Ministry of the Environment and the State Fund of the Environment of the Czech Republic on the other hand. A personal patronage over the FOR HABITAT Fair was taken over by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic as well as by its Minister.

With regard to the fact that we are convinced that there is without any doubt also enough place for exchanging experience with other countries at our Fairs, we will always be happy to welcome there both foreign exhibitors and visitors. We believe that the 11th international Fair "FOR HABITAT" will find its place in the diary of your promotional and advertising activities, and that we will have an occasion of welcoming you in March 2004 at the Prague Exhibition Centre in Letňany, whether as exhibitors or visitors.
